Suzie Perry
Suzie Perry, a licensed loan officer (NMLS #1427456) and our team transaction coordinator, has worked with Tracy at Sun American Mortgage since 2012. More than 10 years later and she is still a foundational member of this team! With a career in mortgage that spans more than 25 years, she is an integral reason why our files are so clean. Once contracts are received, she manages the file, collecting and organizing the needs of each file, and cares for them from processing to closing. She is meticulous and caring with every client, and every file, that we send her way. We call her the “Mama Bear” of our team, and she carries that with pride.
Monica Swaner
Monica Swaner, a licensed loan officer (NMLS #1915133), is a loan officer assistant for our team that manages new applications through the receipt of a purchase contract or start of a refinance. Monica has been a lifelong family friend of Tracy’s dating back to middle school! She has been a member of our team since 2019 and has become an integral part of assisting Tracy with new applications and processing information to help our clients looking to get pre-qualified and ready to buy or refinance.
